Steven Myers
Steven Myers, raised in both Florence and Pamplico, SC, and currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Steven is married to Latoya Myers and have two daughters. Steven attended Florence Public Schools graduating for South Florence High School in 1991. He went on to receive an Associates of Literary Arts from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 1993, followed by the earning of his Bachelors in Information Systems from East Carolina University. Steven is a 28-year information technology professional serving as Technology Delivery Leader for Truist Financial. Steven is the Principal of Verity Consulting, LLC. where he provides entrepreneurial coaching, business start-up, and grant writing services. Steven also serves as Finance Committee Chair for Gold Hill Missionary Baptist Church (Stanley, NC) and Chapter President for the SC Chapter of the Robinson Roots Family Reunion. Steven takes great pride in fostering strong communities.

Dr. William Spears
Raised in Pamplico, SC, William (Will) Spears graduated from the University of South Carolina–Columbia, where he obtained a BS degree in Business Administration. He further expanded his knowledge by earning an MBA from Francis Marion University and a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Intercontinental University. Will is a Global Senior IT Manager at Sonoco Products Company. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his ownership of two businesses: Spears Marketing Services, LLC, a company specializing in retail and promotional products, and Spears Proserve and Consulting, LLC, which offers business professional services and consulting. Will is a member of the Wall Fellows Board of Advisors at Coastal Carolina University. He also is a mentor to students at both Coastal Carolina University’s Wall College of Business and the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. Will is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and serves as an active member of numerous professional organizations.

Andre Daniels
Andre Daniels, a native of Pamplico, SC, and a 2012 graduate of Florence 1 Schools earned his Bachelors of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University in 2016 and a Master of Architecture in 2024. Currently working as an Architectural Designer in Birmingham, AL, Andre has a strong background in community service, having volunteered at New Vision CDC in Darlington County, SC. Andre joined the Pamplico Center for Community Development (PCCD) in 2016, bringing his expertise and dedication to the organization.

Rev. Johnny Jenkins
Rev. Johnny Jenkins, a native of Pamplico, SC is the Co-Pastor of Maxwell Baptist (Pamplico) alongside his wife, Patricia L. Jenkins. Johnny and Patricia have three children. Johnny graduated from Hannah-Pamplico High School in 1987. He attended Florence-Darlington Technical College, HSBC Banking University (Peking), and Grand Canyon University, where he earned a degree in Business Management. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. Rev. Jenkins is employed as an Operation Specialist with Republic Finance and is the owner of Pearls Harbor Seafood. He has served on the Board of Education for Florence School District Two for the past 23 years and has served on President Obama’s Fatherhood Initiative.

Naomi Gurley
Noami Gurley, a native of Pamplico, SC. She is a 1971 honor graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School with credits in Business Administration from Wells Fargo Bank and Florence-Darlington Technical College. She served on the Business Advisory Committee at Florence-Darlington Technical College for 10 years, and as Moderator Assistant for The Pee Dee Baptist Association and Assistant Recording Secretary for the Woman’s Pee Dee District Department for over 16 years. Naomi retired from Wells Fargo Bank after 38.5 years. She is currently an active member of Mt. Zion Chapel Baptist Church, serving as Administrative Assistant, Chairperson for the Budget Committee. Naomi also works as a Montessori Assistant at Hannah-Pamplico Elementary Middle School for grades 4 through 6.
